Reader: Reads the text before doing anything; keeps team on task

Writer: Writes what group decides.

Manager: Manages where the group's ideas should be placed -- styles.

Encourager: Encourages members and other teams for: on time, on task, accurate, professional, and positive work.

Possible Fifth team member -- Runner (Gopher): Encourages and helps, and gets encouragement and help from other teams.

Reader: Reads the text before doing anything.

Writer/Typer: Writes/Types what group decides.

Mouser: Moves the mouse so typer can work-- organizes where does the work goes on the page -- styles.
