Recycling helps the environment. Recycling means to pick up trash or sort your paper, glass, and plastic to take to a recycling center. After you drink your milk and eat your cereal, and read your newspaper, put those paper products in one pile. After you drink your water from the water bottle, or drink your pop from a plastic bottle, put your plastic in a pile.  After you drink your pop from the can, or eat your soup from the can, put the can in a pile.  Take your three piles to the recycling center. They will pay you. Now you have taken your trash out to someone who will reuse it.  If you do  this, there will be less trash at the dumps. If there is less trash at the dumps, you will be able to use your dump ground for a longer time.  Many dump grounds are filled up, and can’t be used any more. What will happen if all of our dump grounds fill up? Where will we put our trash? That is why we need to recycle. If we don’t recycle, all those cans, papers, and plastic will  fill up the earth, and we will ruin our Mother Earth. Recycling helps Mother Earth and us.
