I am thankful for my grandchildren. My grandchildren visit me, send me pictures, and ask me for advice. Every summer the ten grandchildren visit Grampa and Gramma; they arrive together with their families for several days at the beach. We swim in the cool waters of Banks Lake or Lake Roosevelt, tube over waves behind the boat, and play Uno and Flux in the evening. During the year, the grandkids send pictures to our family website, Toadkids. This year Al won the contest, putting up more than two pictures of her daily life every week.  I learned about her school, her concerts, her friends because she uploaded pictures from her cell phone. Finally, my grandkids wonder about the world and ask questions, such as, "What did you do in high school, Gramma?" They want to know if things are the same or different, and let me know they are doing well with friends and school. I am so delighted I have ten beautiful grandkids who visit during the summer, email me pictures, and talk to me about their issues.
